One-time Purchase, Lifetime Access

When you buy our app, you own it for life. There are no recurring subscriptions. You can continue to use the version you purchased forever on compatible hardware and software.

Major Version Licensing

Your license is valid for the current major version (e.g., all v1.x updates). When we release a significant new major version (e.g., v2.0) with major new features, it may require a separate upgrade purchase.

Maintenance Guarantee

We commit to providing updates, bug fixes, and compatibility improvements for each major version for at least one year from its initial release date. Minor updates within a major version are always free.

Refund Policy

Regarding digital products: Due to the nature of digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once the file has been accessed or the license has been activated.

Exceptions:

• If you encounter a technical issue that prevents you from using the software and our support team is unable to resolve it within 7 business days.
• Billing errors caused by our payment processor.

Please note that we offer a 30-day free trial for most of our products. We strongly encourage you to try before you buy to ensure the software meets your needs.
