Terms and Conditions for FlingBubbles

IMPORTANT NOTICE: These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and the Developer concerning the FlingBubbles application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you signify your agreement to these Terms.

The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App and all its features and content, strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • Safety Responsibility: The User is solely responsible for using the App in a safe environment. The Developer assumes no liability for any physical discomfort or accidents resulting from the use of the App.

2. Use Restrictions and Prohibited Conduct

  • Developer Ownership: The Developer retains all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all proprietary content, features, design, source code, graphics, audio files, trademarks, and all related intellectual property rights.
  • Prohibition on Reproduction: You may not copy, modify, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of the App or its content.

4. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found within the App or on our website.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

6. Changes to Terms

The Developer reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after any revisions constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
